Join Vikings for Thursday and Saturday tours
Saturday tours are scheduled for each week starting in early January and lasting through March. Tours take place on trails throughout the Laurentians (some track-set, some back-country) and are led by the day’s organizer/host. Participants bring their lunch and usually eat on the trail. A highlight for many is the après-ski social gathering at the end of the day.
Thursday tours are more “ad hoc,” depending on weather and conditions. The Thursday group is usually smaller than that of Saturday, and tours are more informal. Interested members are advised of plans by e-mail each week. We would like to attract more people to these mid-week tours, so will try to offer shorter/slower tours from the same location.
